Private Guided Tours for Groups
In addition to Cologne Cathedral, the twelve large Romanesque churches have been one of the city's main attractions for centuries.
As former monastery and collegiate churches, they survived secularization by being rededicated as parish churches. Today they are both living places of faith and evidence of the city's history.
In addition, the DOMFORUM also offers guided tours of other churches in Cologne upon request.
Information on group guided tours in churches
- Please check our general information about the guided tours first.
- The guided tours can last either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
- There is a maximum of 20 participants per guided tour. Larger groups will be split into multiple tours, if possible in the respective church.
- The reduced rate for children or school groups can only be granted if a maximum of five adults accompany the group, but at least one adult. These are not counted among the maximum of 20 participants.
- Payment is made in advance, no later than seven days after receipt of the confirmation in our online shop (payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard).
- The parishes may charge additional admission fees for certain areas, these must be paid on site.
- Tours can be offered in various languages, if suitable guides are available at the preferred date.
